A blog that researches, writes, and publishes itself

Javid Jamae

I'm Javid Jamae. I spent twenty years building content and blogging systems at companies like Postman, Achieve, Tout, and Earnest. Those systems served millions of page views a day and converted that traffic into hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue.

Publishing consistently is the part almost everyone gives up on. Writing takes time you don't have, quality drifts the moment you hand it off, and the blog goes quiet for a month at a stretch. Then the compounding never starts.

This year I found a different way to run it, on my own product's blog. What follows is what happened, with the receipts.

A walkthrough of the system

See how the system works: research, idea generation, drafting, editing, and analytics.

From 1 impression a week to 10,000 a day, in 18 weeks

First post March 23. Automation on April 8. Hover any chart for weekly values.

I started a blog for my software product in March, writing every post by hand, and stalled three posts in. I quickly realized I didn't have the time to ideate and draft every single post if I wanted to post daily. So I built scripts to publish one post a day and switched them on April 8. The posts were slop at first, so I taught the system my voice and my writing style until I'd put my name on every post. In its first week on Google, the blog got a single impression.

Impressions only matter if someone clicks. I kept tuning the titles and the content, and clicks grew every single week from mid-May on.

Those clicks are real people landing on the blog, searching for exactly what the product does. All organic. No ads.

Then customers started showing up. Six weeks of nothing, then the first one landed in mid-May, and they kept coming. These are conversions attributed to blog landing pages only, recorded first-party. No modeled numbers. These days the system runs without me. I spend 5 to 15 minutes a day reviewing what it wrote before it goes out.

What you'd get working with me

The platform my blog runs on, set up for your blog and trained on your voice, so it writes things you'd put your name on.

The operating playbook: what to review, what to reject, and how to hold quality up as the volume goes up.

And me, in your corner while you stand it up. I've built these systems at enterprise scale and I've built this one from zero.
